
Terms and Conditions
Thank you for allowing Boho Bliss Events to create your special event
- The agreement for the hire of goods is between Boho Bliss Events and the Customer.
- Payment – Boho Bliss Events requires a 50% deposit to secure the time and date of the event. By paying the deposit, you automatically accept and agree to Boho Bliss Events’ terms and conditions. Boho Bliss Events reserves the right to change or adjust any pricing without prior notice. The balance is payable and the confirmation of the number of guests is due not later than 3 weeks before the event date. If payment is not received on time, Boho Bliss Events reserves the right to treat this as a cancellation.
- Cancellation – In the event of a cancellation, the following will be applicable:
- 3.1 – The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation
- Traveling fee – A delivery fee will be charged outside of a 20 km radius
- Responsibilities of the Customer – All hired goods remain the property of Boho Bliss Events. The Customer is responsible for the hired goods during the period of hire. The customer is responsible to indicate clearly where the equipment is to be set up and dismantled. Boho Bliss Events will take every precaution, but shall not be held responsible for any damage to the site, site access, furniture or personal belongings at the site. All surfaces and floor areas must be clean and dust-free before set up commences. The customer is responsible for supervising the children during the Slumber party and removing any inappropriate objects including sharp and dangerous objects.
- Condition of equipment – The Customer is responsible for checking the quantity and condition of hired items against the invoice upon delivery. Contact Boho Bliss Events immediately to advise of any discrepancies or damaged goods. Contacting us after the event with any discrepancy, will not be accepted.
- Damages –
- 8.1 All losses and damages to hired goods will be charged at full replacement value and delivery costs. No substitute item will be accepted by Boho Bliss Events.
- 8.2 Charges will be made for any damaged goods, including goods that have been scratched, burned, ripped, candle wax marks, grease marks, deep staining that cannot be removed, or any other damage that devalues the goods.
- 8.3 Damaged goods remain the property of Boho Bliss Events
- Collection of goods –
- 9.1 Goods must be ready for collection at the agreed location, date, and time as stipulated on the invoice.
- 9.2 If the goods are not returned at the end of the agreed hire period, Boho Bliss Events retains the right to charge a daily penalty fee equivalent to the hire charge of the item as per invoice.
- Liability – Boho Bliss Events and their staff will not be held liable for any claim for personal injury or damage to the property. The customer indemnifies Boho Bliss Events against claims arising from any such injuries or losses suffered by themselves or any related person. The customer acknowledges that all of the equipment hired is flammable, and undertakes to take special care to ensure that no lighters, matches, or open flames are allowed in the vicinity of the setting.
- Photographs – Photographs of your event may be used for marketing purposes. Please inform Boho Bliss Events if you object to using your photos.
- Reduction of Guests -there will be no refund, in the case of reduction in the number of guests after full payment and confirmation.
- Set up fee – Additional setup fee may apply for non-standard environments or locations, such as beaches or remote forest areas with challenging terrain.
