What if it rains and windy and I have booked for an outdoors picnic?
Cape Town weather can be a little unpredictable, with its famous winds and occasional rain. To keep things running smoothly, we recommend choosing venues with good shelter. If your event is in a public outdoor space, we’re happy to suggest some spots that are less exposed to wind, but on the day, Mother Nature has the final say!
If the forecast isn’t looking great, you can switch to an indoor venue, choose a different location – just let us know at least 72 hours before your events and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you.
Are you open during Winter months?
Yes, we are and we have wonderful specials during this time of the year. Our indoor settings are just as beautiful.

Do you offer full wedding planning?
Yes. We offer full wedding planning, on-the-day coordination, wedding styling, décor, floral design, and setup to ensure your special day runs seamlessly.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! We specialise in destination weddings and travel throughout the Western Cape. Travel costs may apply depending on the location.
Can you style a wedding even if another planner is coordinating it?
Yes. We are happy to provide wedding styling, décor, and floral arrangements while working alongside your chosen wedding planner or venue.
Do you offer different décor styles?
Yes. Although Boho is our signature style, we create weddings and events in a wide range of styles, from elegant and classic to modern, romantic, coastal, and contemporary.
Can you work within my budget?
We tailor our services to suit your vision and budget wherever possible, while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that Boho Bliss Events is known for.
Luxury Picnics
What is included in a luxury picnic?
Our luxury picnics include beautifully styled décor, tables, cushions, tableware, decorative accessories, and complete setup and pack-down. Catering and additional extras can be added to create your perfect experience.
Where can the picnic be set up?
We can create your picnic at beaches, parks, private homes, wine estates, guest houses, and many other approved locations throughout the Western Cape.
Can I choose a theme?
Yes! We offer a variety of beautifully curated themes and are happy to customise colours and styling for your special occasion.
What occasions are luxury picnics suitable for?
Our picnics are perfect for proposals, anniversaries, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, romantic dates, family celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions.

What other events do you style?
We style birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, kitchen teas, corporate functions, product launches, private celebrations, and bespoke events.
Bookings
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during wedding season and peak holiday periods, to secure your preferred date.
How do I secure my booking?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is payable before your event as outlined in your quotation.
Are your settings and services available for other towns?
Yes, we do, Additional set-up fee may apply for non-standard environments such as beaches or remotes forest area with challenging terrain.
Do you create picnic settings in other towns?
Yes, most definitely. We charge a traveling fee for all other settings outside a 20 km range. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more info.
