Please discuss any requirements you might have with us to make your event even more special. We are here to assist you with ideas, themes, and any other arrangement that can add a special touch to your event.

What if it rains and windy and I have booked for an outdoors picnic?

Cape Town weather can be a little unpredictable, with its famous winds and occasional rain. To keep things running smoothly, we recommend choosing venues with good shelter. If your event is in a public outdoor space, we’re happy to suggest some spots that are less exposed to wind, but on the day, Mother Nature has the final say!

If the forecast isn’t looking great, you can switch to an indoor venue, choose a different location – just let us know at least 72 hours before your events and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you.

Are you open during Winter months?

Yes, we are and we have wonderful specials during this time of the year. Our indoor settings are just as beautiful.

How long will a set-up take?

Depending on the ease of access and layout, between 1-2 hours.

Please note for Kids parties, the area needs to be cleared of furniture before we arrive

How much space is needed?

A 2m x 2m space for couples is needed. The group picnic setting is 2m x 6m, depending on the number of people. You are welcome to discuss the area available at your home with us for the kid’s parties. Each mattress is 160 cm long. The kid’s tents are .5 meters x 1.5 meters in size.

Is the lighting safe?

All Fairy lights are battery operated and heatproof and safe for children to use. Candles will be placed in a lantern for groups and couple’s picnics.

What is the recommended age group for the slumber parties?

Anyone with a free spirit can have a Teepee slumber party. The recommended age for Teepee tents is from 4 years and older. We have a different package for the babychella.

Do I have to choose only the themes that are provided?

You are welcome to discuss your requirements with us. We have loads of decor and ideas to transform any theme.

What is your cancellation policy?

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more detailed information.

Are the prices the same in winter?

We have special packages available for winter months. Bookings are essential.

Do you create beach settings?

Yes, we do, Additional set-up fee may apply for non-standard environments such as beaches or remotes forest area with challenging terrain.

Why must children bring their own pillows?

It is for hygienic reasons. All our bedding and linen are washed after every party to make sure the little ones have a clean and hygienic mattress to sleep on.
